Difficult Environment

Pros

The people, many of the long time associates really care for the company.

Cons

Challenging environment. Most stations located in downtown areas and I don't mean the best areas downtown. Bus stations seem to attract loiterers, drug dealers and an undesirable element that hangs around the station.
