Pros

Their motto is "People first" and they live up to that statement. They treat their employees and their customers equally well. They pay well and offer very competitive health insurance.

Cons

They are in the property management industry which is inherently volatile. Properties are bought and sold on a regular basis which can lead to disruption of steady employment.

Pros

Option of free health care - however I have yet to use it.

Cons

I have never encountered a group of immature, unprofessional individuals such as those at Greystar. Catty, gossipy and disrespectful. My manager has no business being in the position where she is. Our residents despise her, and so does her team. Our door has been revolving for residents and staff alike under her management. Leasing professionals not getting their commission seems to be a common occurrence. Very shady business practices. I will be seeking employment elsewhere, and this is by far the worst company I have been with, and ethically cannot continue alongside it.
