Pros

The only thing good about working for Greystar was the residents.

Cons

The mismanagement of my bonuses. I should not have to wait 2 months to receive my bonuses. This went on for 2 months in a row. They also gave my entire bonus to the porter. Again, I had to wait to be paid. I also had leasing stolen. They allow unexperienced management that blame it on the regional. The only excuse given is " it will be on the next check". Very unprofessional! I had no chose but to quit.

Pros

Decent benefits. On-site housing discount if cap is not met. Nice residents occasionally that begin to care for you.

Cons

Typical corporate job. Everything is for show. Company cares more about profit and positive reviews than anything. Customer service is a difficult thing since the people live there.
