Pros

The benefits package is fairly extensive and one of the better in the industry. Time off structure used to be one of the better in the industry.

Cons

This company does not care about you as a person. You are a number, and you are easily replaceable. If you can't drink enough or party enough, or you're not young enough or don't have "the look," forget about getting ahead. Favoritism is rampant. Mental health concerns are ignored. If the employee must act upon the mental health concerns and take medical leave, there will be repercussions upon return - if not from your immediate supervisor, upper-level management will make sure of it. Work-life balance doesn't exist, even at the leasing agent level. You will be squeezing the toxicity out of your life for years after leaving this place.
