      Pros

      Strong Java and AngularJS developers and test automation engineers, professional management, possibility to work on customer sites in US, possibility of relocation to US, international culture - development centers worldwide. Deep expertise in clouds, big data, search with possibility to learn these areas for newcomers. Quick professional growth is possible starting from junior positions usually suggested for universities’ students. Almost all employees have master degree. Modern methodologies are in use for software development (Scrum, Kanban).

      Cons

      Very complex entry interview, some people dislike business trips abroad required for some accounts, work from home is not allowed for accounts related to financial clients.

      Pros

      Easy to get a job but depending on end client the job obligations to pay are very lopsided. HR are friendly.

      Cons

      Not great benefits. Not really a career path unless you push for it.

      Pros

      - The company continues to grow so promotion opportunities are plentiful - Lots of demand for people who are both technology-literate and customer-oriented - Average technical seniority is high, lots of re-qualification programs - IPO created a lot of visibility which will hopefully convert into more growth - You can normally negotiate the kind of work/life balance and level of responsibility you want

      Cons

      - FAANG compensations are hard to attain without distinguishing yourself, but that's probably true for most places outside FAANG - relocation opportunities are not as strong since COVID happened
