      Pros

      -Extremely intelligent people - Interesting fast paced workload - Minimal bureaucracy and office politics - Lots of exposure to executives and senior staff members - Executives take time for individual mentorship and professional development - Very flexible work schedules , and minimal micromanagement - Direct feedback, no uncertainty of level of performance

      Cons

      -Some projects will result in a few late nights -Multiple locations results in company culture not being especially strong -Management sometimes bites off more than they can chew

      Good place for both professional and career growth where management cares about people

      Pros

      Work here gives opportunity to develop technical and management skills as well as knowledge around e-commerce business. On-site technologists analyse business requirements, transform those into functional and non-functional requirements for software application, design architecture, oversee implementation, tune performance and see end result in production. It is really amazing!

      Cons

      Sometimes there is too much organizational and management work which is perfect for those who want to develop those skills, but less preferable for those who wants to focus on developing technical skills. It is a matter of being able to setup process right though.

      Almost everything you can think of is a cons beside mentioned pros Lame management low key body shop with some big clients Stayed that long not because it was great, at times there is no choice
