To my mind, all the pros could not outweigh the fact, that company treats you as a “resource”: if you are of no further use, you’re simply disposed. Even, if you’re just after being for a 2 month treatment in a hospital. I’ve already worked for 7 other different outsourcing companies and haven’t been treated as such in any of them. Even, when the decision has been made to part ways, it was written in documents as “termination of contract on a mutual agreement”, but not “fired” (even taking into consideration that I was willing to go). Maybe, it isn’t of such importance in other countries, but for some (where I live and work) such distinction in wording in official documents matters a lot.
