      Multiple good engineers among your colleagues. Learning opportunities - the company pays for online courses and certification. Growth opportunities (you can evolve from junior to senior developer in few years if you make some effort).

      Cons

      Be ready for legacy code and boring projects (although there are plenty of interesting stuff - it is just a matter of luck what you will get).
