      Only hybrid work in grid dynamics else nothing

      Cons

      Can not mention everything because is lot. If you are seeing and positive review then it is because of HR forcing employee to write positive reviews. Lots of hiring and firing happening here. No work like balance. No extra activity just forcing to work to work 12 to 15 hours to keep client happy. They will force you to resign if you are not able to clear one client round.
