      Good working conditions, flexible schedule, nice opportunity to keep work-life balance, challenging and interesting task. Great team of professionals!

      Would be great to have a room for yoga and sports activities! And more fresh fruits)

      — Great employees to work with: company's interview process is pretty tough, so you can be sure that would be working with the very best — Solid stack of existing customers covering different industries — Company is growing with very good pace — Multiple locations (Russia, Ukraine, Poland, USA)

      — It's not always clear what are the company's global plans — If you're not an engineer, career growth might be hard — In some locations offices are not perfect, however improvements are happening

      Some degree of ad-hoc in management decisions, a lot depends on the group you are in - your growth oppurtunities firstmost and compensation.
