      Pros

      Interesting space and had lots of potential, very smart people, and big name clients that they've had, sometimes for many years.

      Cons

      Squanders potential with churn at the executive level which leads to changing priorities. There is a preference for Russian and Ukrainian born staff so don't expect a very culturally diverse workplace.
