Onsite business trips are an excellent opportunity for our people to expand their skills and further develop professionally, a factor in that success is how quickly the group dynamic adapts when a new person joins the team already on site. Our onsite trips are designed to allow for this adjustment in order to ensure everyone gets the most out of the experience. The trips are not always required, so please let your Manager know what the maximum length of trip you would be willing to take. We look forward to finding a better solution for you.
