      Pros

      Core team has a pretty high technical level and fight with challenges on projects. A lot junior engineers are high motivated and engaged. Really international company.

      Cons

      Weak management; Pure bodyshop company that can't deliver product / value Lie to employees and to customers by the top management Overloaded with junior stuff specially in offshore and attempt to sell them as senior Pretty weak in communication between locations and onsite / offshore Inefficient operations on all the levels
