Pros

I have been here for quite some time and still love where I work. I am constantly learning new things and everyone is always willing to help. Management and Senior associates are always approachable and willing to give advice.

Cons

I hate to be cliche but I cannot think of one - every business has its ups and downs but the team at Griffin always help make it work.

Pros

I feel like a part of a team and have a great support system with my colleagues. We're all here for each other, and it's nice seeing everyone every day. I came in with adjacent experience in property management, and in one year I have learned a lot about the legal side. Now I feel like I have options if I ever decide to pivot back to property management, or continue down the legal path, and I owe that to the people here.

Pros

This is a very busy and fast-paced workplace, but what law firm isn't? I first came into this job with no experience in landlord/tenant law, but they made sure to train me very thoroughly and gradually integrated me into the work. The firm is also willing to work around your needs as much as they can and they were very flexible with me when I needed time off for personal reasons. The firm is very supportive of career advancement, as well. Finally, the staff is friendly and helpful.

Cons

I wish we had Adobe Acrobat on all the computers.
