Pros

Co-workers are awesome. Team atmosphere. Great benefits. The work environment is relaxed and there is no dress code to speak of. Quality coffee is provided and the office itself is terrific.

Cons

Griffin has been going through a difficult time for the past year and a half but even before that started there were problems. Raises are almost non-existent. Part of your salary (which is typically lower than average) is comprised of a quarterly bonus which is based on profits. This is great sometimes but when the company isn't doing well you are essentially taking a pay cut by not getting your "bonus".

Insurance. Paid vacation and sick days.

Cons

Tolerance of inadequate and sub par workers which has created an environment of laziness. Poor business direction. Waiting until a problem gets out of hand before finding a solution.
