Pros

Griffin cultivated some amazing personalities under one roof. Potential to build new products from ground up.

Cons

Not a great place to work as a woman. Dysfunctional and non-reactive HR. Very little leadership and very poor management decision-making. Some very bad apples (a few lazy, foul-mouthed and condescending employees) were hired and nothing was done to manage or rectify these hiring decisions, even though they were acknowledged.
