Pros

This company has taught me everything I'd like to see in a company from the culture to starting out with a very negative to boss to being promoted to a new department with an amazing boss.

Cons

There has been some major changes in Griffin in the past year that has resulted in downsizing. That being said, these are changes that should have taken place years ago so we all knew they were coming.

Pros

Casual, laid-back atmosphere; great co-workers; fun environment for the most part; fair pay and great benefits. Very little micro-management. Pretty easy and fun work. Awesome work-life balance.

Cons

Lack of leadership, direction, strategy and overall communication which resulted in the company nearly folding. Lack of growth once you're in a position... there's nowhere to move but around... not necessarily up. Also, they have a tendency to put people in positions of power/authority who have no business being there due to lack of experience and/or education.
