Pros

The co workers are awesome, the benefits are great

Cons

The management team that has been brought in over the last few years are not Griffin and don't understand the pride that employees felt there. as for Former management, they dropped the ball on so many decisions that the company is in disarray.

Pros

Pay was great, at least for some departments. It was a fun environment to work in, years ago, when the company was focused and made some decent products.

Cons

Griffin has very few standout products at this point. You really don't want to work here at this point, although I doubt they will be hiring many positions anyways. They've pretty much just laid off all of their engineers, their ID team, their mechanical team, their QA team and their project managers. Oh, and the customer service team was slashed 90%, and the 2 people left will only be handling email support now. Ouch.

Pros

Great people to work with in an awesome building. Management may suck, but your coworkers are the best!

Cons

Griffin Laid off 70% of their workforce in December 2015. The culture and atmosphere has really gone down hill. It's toxic and nothing like it used to be.
