Amazing company with tough challenges ahead

Pros

Laid back jeans & shorts culture, fun, intellectually stimulating, values diversity, strong bonds with your coworkers, NOT boring, small enough to know everyone but large enough to do really cool stuff.

Cons

Significant re-structuring challenges going on right now, along with significant workforce reductions in process. Griffin is scrappy and will hopefully pull it off to recover, but there's a tough road ahead in the short term.

Pros

Used to be a thriving company with great opportunities for advancement and easy access to management. By the time I left, the main pros came down to good people and good health insurance.

Cons

Very poor management. Very little infrastructure, discipline, or accountability. This disorganization and lack of direction is what has led the company to downsize by over half. in the last 6 months.

Insurance. Paid vacation and sick days.

Cons

Tolerance of inadequate and sub par workers which has created an environment of laziness. Poor business direction. Waiting until a problem gets out of hand before finding a solution.
