Pros

Griffin has a great culture of being a friendly and creative place to work, however, after a large layoff, it remains to be seen if that culture will continue from here.

Cons

The company lacks the product design mastery that is required in a very competitive marketplace.

Company is unstable, restructuring, and experienced unprofessionalism. No real training, sink or swim environment. No recognition for success.

Pros

The atmosphere here at Griffin Technology is awesome. The health benefits, and quarterly bonuses are all worth it. This company is very laid back; from the free coffee, to the hours an employee works (as long as said employee works 8 hours a day).

Cons

The company, and lately those working for Griffin Technology, are undermanned in some offices and overmanned in others. For example, having one person doing the job of two, and also taking on the duties of a third job. Pay needs to be based on experience, education and actual work. Leaders and Management need to be held accountable and also need to hold their employees accountable. Roles and duties need to be clearly defined out. This company is good to work for when first getting out into the 'real working world', but not for the long term.
