Pros

Great benefits, quarterly bonuses, free coffee, free lunches twice a month, ample free parking, great location

Cons

Management makes poor decisions, starting pay is well below industry standards, bonuses are meager, zero room for advancement, coffee is not the best, too many "hipsters"

Pros

Working at Griffin has been a great experience. They offer fantastic benefits and competitive pay. There are some really great and talented people who work there. The atmosphere in the building is very refreshing and it is a joy to come to work.

Cons

To date, Griffin has struggled to find its own identity and its place in the market. Everything at Griffin is in-house which has its advantages, but also has some major disadvantages in regard to planning, communicating and overall workflow.

Pros

Laid back environment, friendly people, good healthcare, casual attire, lots of collaboration, minimal accountability. If you are looking for a nice friendly place to work with a really casual environment this is the place for you.

Cons

Disorganized, minimal accountability, poorly defined rolls, low wages and at best there is no communication of a long term strategy, at worst there is no long term strategy. If you are looking to work for a company that will challenge you succeed and give you the tools to do succeed, hold you accountable for your failure and reward you for your successes then this is not the company for you.
