Pros

The co workers are awesome, the benefits are great

Cons

The management team that has been brought in over the last few years are not Griffin and don't understand the pride that employees felt there. as for Former management, they dropped the ball on so many decisions that the company is in disarray.

Amazing company with tough challenges ahead

Pros

Laid back jeans & shorts culture, fun, intellectually stimulating, values diversity, strong bonds with your coworkers, NOT boring, small enough to know everyone but large enough to do really cool stuff.

Cons

Significant re-structuring challenges going on right now, along with significant workforce reductions in process. Griffin is scrappy and will hopefully pull it off to recover, but there's a tough road ahead in the short term.

Griffin has a great culture of being a friendly and creative place to work, however, after a large layoff, it remains to be seen if that culture will continue from here.

Cons

The company lacks the product design mastery that is required in a very competitive marketplace.
