Pretty good benefits, including 401k matching. Relaxed work environment. Management is accessible. Opportunities for internal advancement and lateral moves.

Cons

Lack of resources combined with the need to support and improve a large existing product catalog can result in limited ability to develop new ideas that depend upon the skill sets of multiple teams.

Communication is a real problem as the company grows. It seems like people get fired out of the blue often.
