The most frustrating place to work.

Pros

Pros include a laid-back work environment and good insurance benefits.

Cons

Communication throughout the company is poor. Upper management doesn't seem to realize how big the company is and that it can't be run like a startup anymore. Salaries are NOT competitive, and raises are few and far between, making it seem that management doesn't value their employees. Budgets are incredibly tight, making it very hard to progress with new projects or ideas. Organization and leadership is poor. Company moral is low and social events are few and far between. Overall, it seems like an uphill battle all of the time, with no end in sight.
