Pros
I enjoy working with everyone one at my center. I do get to educate and train a lot of people.
Cons
It is very fast paced. Everyone wants you to help in their areas. The company just cut my position but allowed me to stay on in my previous position with a10% pay cut. This puts me at less pay than if I had never taken the promotion. Yet I still have to do all the extra duties of the supervisor position. This has taken place over the whole company. This is part of the 2 CEOs process of making the company more profitable. We recently had recruiters show up announcing that the company would be firing 200 of us and replacing is with lower paid EMT's. That was very unprofessional and petty. There is very little support anymore from corporate. This is sad. It used to be very good.
