      Pros

      Overtime Experience Sick time. coworkers - some of the most hard-working people I have worked with. Some lead techs have more of initiative to promote and validate their technicians than supervisors.

      Cons

      Pay - for the amount of physical labor required, not enough. Difficult to request days off. Management leads by emotions more than logic. Training Length of time for promotions Harassment

      Pros

      Coworkers are great and helpful. The mission of the company is great.

      Cons

      Company only makes the effort compensate certain people. Very low ability to grow within the company because of work politics. Promotion rate is very low which is discouraging while other departments get promotions much faster. Short staffed and upper management doesn't care enough about employee burnout to hire more people. When extra raises are offered only certain people get them. Only upper management and people part of corporate got raises and bonus for the 2020 year while the people on the floor that had to go in to work everyday got nothing. Company makes the employees feel disposable. No resolution when it comes to conflicts within the department or it happens at a very slow rate.

      Pros

      Inept leaders enable poor performers. Very lenient with employees who come to work to spend half their time or more in their cubicles on their personal cellphones. Favoritism within employees who were brought over to Grifols through the acquisition. Toxic culture because of ongoing favoritism.

      Cons

      Inept leaders in quality department. 90% of leadership has zero technical or scientific knowledge, which is scary when they are running the show. And if management is bad, then there really isn't much to say...self explanatory. This company offers jobs not careers.
