Pros

You'll know what to expect; things rarely change. You could easily make a lifetime career here. Some of the people are really fantastic and there are a lot of great managers. The location is great and they embrace diversity.

Cons

Extremely high turnover rate. Technology is resisted, so inefficiencies are frustratingly rampant. Barcelona controls everything to high degree and has built of a culture of "they know best" with an antiquated management structure. Working at home wasn't an option, despite most people coming from great distances.

Benefits PTO are the only good things

Cons

Schedule and favoritism from managers, when they have audit in the center they are the best managers but when they left the CMS are receptionists janitors and everything, most of the OS has a high school degree and CMS are nurses or paramedic
