      Pros

      Wonderful workplace, people are nice, and down to earth. Decent pay and good benefits. The company is growing and remains profitable.

      Cons

      Disorganized operationally, leaders have extensive tenure 15+ year, leaving little room for growth or opportunities. Lots of clicks and there is a element of "old boys club." Organization is functionally designed leaving little room for cross functional training.

      Pros

      Team atmosphere is really great. Training is good. There isn’t a lot of micro management, so getting the work done without someone on your back all the time is great!

      Cons

      Working swing shift might be the worst thing at the plant! Coming from building 300 going into the NFF building you don’t get a raise for 3 years. I think that’s the 2nd worst thing about the company. And having to use pto time for shutdown!
