Pros

Room for growth, decent pay, they will train you and help you learn and expand to climb ladders.

Cons

Management can be sort of chaotic. Schedule isn't the best, overtime is normal. Might be forced to work in part of the center you dont want to, and get pressed to perform phlebotomy even if it makes you uncomfortable.

Pay is great! And benefits if you can make it that long?!

Cons

The Bellfort employees and management are horrible, gossip is OVERKILL, the employees flirt and have relationships with the donors, the donors try to fight the employees if their not happy and they cussed us out every day, they have cliques so be prepared to pick a side

Pros

Benefits and decent compensation. 401k provides and great holiday pay. Also the coworkers are awesome and easy to work with.

Cons

Poor management, hard to take time off, pto is pitiful for the first year, verbal abuse from donors, long hours even when undesired, disorganization of people’s private records, and poor culture overall
