      stepping stone for new nurses.

      Cons

      Unprofessional Management. Lazy co-workers. Long hours, low pay. No work/life balance. No sick time or vacation time available, you have to use pto for everything and accrues slowly.

      Pros

      Recent raise so after 12 months of employment plasma processors make $13 per hour. Decent hours. You meet a lot of people.

      Cons

      Management is very lazy and does not want to do any work besides sitting in their office. They'll push constant extra work on all their employees until employees walk out from too much stress. Very old fashioned with paper charts and filing by hand. Uses a software completely in dos.
