      Best Company in the Plasma Industry- not worth it

      Pros

      Decent pay, only need a high school diploma and can climb to middle management, on the job training, not difficult work.

      Cons

      Work every holiday. Work weekends. Very early or late shifts. Stressful job. Really crummy. Donors get angry, every error is major because it's such a finely scrutinized business by regulatory agencies. Not good work-life balance.

      None ... nothing you can't get at another job.

      Cons

      Supposedly their ethics for employees is a bunch of bull .. and open door policy is a joke .. reminded me of the steford wives .. all management is programmed to evade every situation ... never help employees with issues ... a lot of favoritism and things against sop they cover up ... just worried about getting a bottle of plasma ... how ever they can !!

      Some major products are differentiated in their respective spaces.

      Cons

      Current reimbursement pressures will make growth and therefore good bonuses difficult year after year. Also, there are leaders here that will sabotage your efforts. This is a Spain based company with spain based values.
