Benefits are great. The people in the US are also good team players.

Cons

No decision making in the US. All decisions are truly made at Corp HQ in Spain. Therefore, slow process to get things done

I had a wonderful and amazing manager. The on-site leadership is very progressive.

Cons

The systems have a lot of unnecessary red tape. it was painful to work through the bureaucracy of the previous company Novartis and change to the Grifols mentality. Compensation was not good and no clear growth opportunities and development program.
