Pros

We get great company benefits, everyone, no matter what you position you're in gets 15% pension paid, Bupa and life insurance, we also celebrate a lot and have 'Gripple Bank Holidays' where the company will close for the day for fun days such as the annual Sports Day. There are lots of opportunities to develop and progress through the company with some people relocating abroad to set up new offices, and others going off on expeditions for charity. It's an open office, and the board table is right in the middle of the office, meaning there's no hiding away. The company is always involved in community projects, with 1% profit going to charity. We work with schools to support careers events and offer talks and tours for school children and post graduates. Even though we don't do flexi time because we have a factory to run, there is flexibility. It's the kind of company where you get back what you put in.

Cons

One of the cons, in a way, is our rapid growth. Every year we break records in manufacturing and profits. This means there are lots of new starters so it's difficult to maintain the family feel.

Pros

Good and friendly people, good quality product, good company equipment - car, ipad, phone etc., good schooling when entering company.

Cons

No salary bonus, very avarage salary when compare to competition on the market, glide story do not match all people - you need to invest a lot to get back with good profit from Gripple shares, not expierenced managers in Europe - some of them focus only on numbers not on people and team, high pressure with results not matching "frindly company face", since 3 years I noticed atmosphere has gone down a little bit
