There are lots of opportunities to develop and progress through the company with some people relocating abroad to set up new offices, and others going off on expeditions for charity. It's an open office, and the board table is right in the middle of the office, meaning there's no hiding away. The company is always involved in community projects, with 1% profit going to charity. We work with schools to support careers events and offer talks and tours for school children and post graduates. Even though we don't do flexi time because we have a factory to run, there is flexibility. It's the kind of company where you get back what you put in.
