      Pros

      This is the most rewarding experience I have had in my entire career. The people are amazing. The management team is down-to-earth and have a "people first" approach to the business. All of the employees own stock in the business, and act like they have skin in the game.

      I have nothing but good things to say about the company.

      Pros

      Average pay with good benefits. Products are beneficial to most trades.

      Cons

      Calling on construction job sites every day. Unless you have an appointment good luck getting to the right person. Getting an appointment is almost next to impossible too. Product training is all on you. Limited support.
