Working for this store doesnt feel so.. robotic. Owner deals with staff on their own terms , as they see fit. They have their own protocols and make decisions on their own behalf. Always room to learn and gain experience. Coutless Opportunities for growth within company.

Cons

Not union. Doesnt pay as much as big chain grocery stores at lower lebel positions.

I joined the company initially on 1 year contract. This was my first time working as a contractor and I had heard both the pros and cons. From the beginning I was welcomed to the team with open arms and not treated any differently. Right away I saw the team first mentality and everyone willing to lend a hand. For the first time in a while I felt like I was part of a team. I've enjoyed my time at GO and was converted full time this past June. I have enjoyed being a part of this growing company and I look forward to their continued growth.
