Pros

I joined the company initially on 1 year contract. This was my first time working as a contractor and I had heard both the pros and cons. From the beginning I was welcomed to the team with open arms and not treated any differently. Right away I saw the team first mentality and everyone willing to lend a hand. For the first time in a while I felt like I was part of a team. I've enjoyed my time at GO and was converted full time this past June. I have enjoyed being a part of this growing company and I look forward to their continued growth.

Everything has been positive since I started.

But the teamwork is lacking here and they can't keep employees because of how the tend to treat people

Pros

This company is very good at creating relationships with customers and helping everyone feel welcomed.

Cons

Some of the people who worked there were not very reliable. I was there for 4 months and when I was hired several other people were hired too. When I left I was the only person left out of the people who were hired with me.
