They didnt pay enough for all the work involved and it was in a bad neighborhood.

Pros

Employees are valued and the work schedules are flexible when you need them to be, which makes it a very positive work environment.

Cons

Sales will also determine on how the hours of work given, so some employees will have to work less than 40hours a week even if not desired. But that is something inevitable because the same would go for any work place.

Cons

- In our specific role (where we travel to stores), the travel can sometimes be tiring, especially with COVID. - Occasionally we need to deal with recalcitrant partners, this can be tricky to navigate.
