1. Most companies always talk about the culture and the importance of it for the company to succeed; Grocery Outlet walks the talk. Culture (People) are above making money for this company. There is no greater achievement than that. When a company exercises the concept of culture in the workplace at the level Grocery Outlet does, then everything else falls into place naturally.

There are still so many processes to define.
