It’s an okay job that can definitely be a hit or miss. If you’re lucky the operator of the store is friendly and extremely nice, on the other hand if you’re stuck with a mean store owner which is what happened to me it is a bad experience. Some co-workers were cool.

Pros

Onboarding process was relatively smooth, especially considering I've only been in the office two times since I began working at GO. Everyone I have worked with so far is very friendly and approachable. Although the Company had their IPO last year and is hiring a lot of new employees, it still has the feel of a small company.

Cons

Not much. Main thing to be aware of is that the company is now public and with that can come growing pains (i.e. various new systems need to be implemented and roles can change more frequently than normal)
