      Pros

      Plenty of experience with hardware/software, and knowledge of retail to learn, potential for raises/promtions

      Cons

      They can get frustrating/high stress due to it being locally owned, there is often more drama than lets say a more corporate business where wages don't come out of pocket etc. which relates to employee count and work load, I would still recommend trying your local store though and seeing how you like it.

      Pros

      Really great owners great potential if you can see the bigger pictue. It's a franchise so defiently a lot of penitential in having you own speacialy starting as a employee

      Cons

      Franchise so depending on the store they may or may not offer health insurance. Pay raises aren't for sure
