Pros

Love working in the grocery business I have been at grocery outlet for over a year, and am one of the few employees still there that helped open the store in August 2013. Wonderful business.

Cons

No communication with management. And it's always a war between morning and night crew about who's duties are who's. No room for advancement though. I've been in the same position for the full year, while others who have been there less amount of time have become managers that micromanage you.

Pros

Good starting job, easy training and not a hard company to get in to. Also received quite a few more hours than I expected

Cons

Poor management, poor leadership. Product is expired and in some cases shouldn't be put on shelves but is anyway. Management treats the new people badly and will stick you with some disgusting jobs.
