Pros

Hire and train you own crew

Cons

Not owning you own business. not being able to preform at your highest level. It's very hard to control theft in the locations Grocery Outlet put their stores and the upper Management give you no help on this matter.

People, customers, helping the community, owning your own store, yearly trip with other owners

Cons

Owners only get 14% of sales to pay employees, bills, and all of GO bills. GO gets 86% of daily sales.

Pros

Grocery outlet is an independently ran store. My boss is the owner of the business. He is a great boss and thought me how to run a beautiful store. but the pay is poor and there is no benefits
