      Pros

      Truly amazing and talented people work here.

      Cons

      Complete lack of communication from leadership. Very chaotic environment with constant change in direction. Little support when you voice a concern or informed opinion. Very "top down" management style. Not much room for growth.

      Worked with my available times for work hours

      Cons

      No one took over for breaks or for lunch until an hour and a half before my shift was over. Management didn't stand behind you when you took a legal stand on customers (OLCC).

      Pros

      GREAT FIRST JOB. Great coworkers, easy hiring process / interview, no prior experience needed, can get off registers easily to do other work, friendly managers, cashier item/minute rate not terribly strict, getting re-hired is a breeze.

      Cons

      Owners are passive-aggressive, no bonuses or raises, no promotion unless you continually push them for it, (even if promoted or moved, they will still make you do your old job), lousy benefits offered to full time and career employees, front end employees prone to drama. No incentive whatsoever to stick around.
