      Pros and Cons, As With Every Job

      Pros

      As long as you stay busy and productive, you should have no problem with the management. The job is easy and self-explanatory, an hour or two of training and you should be set.

      Cons

      Some of the management should not be in management. You are paid a low wage and expected to out-perform what you are being paid.

      Pros

      It's a great place to work if you need somewhereally steady. The owners can really make you want to be there or your going to hate your job. Each one is independently owned so you have to really be careful

      Cons

      You don't have health benefits. The management can be really messed up depending on who you work for. The only way you can really move up is to own your own store

      The best part about working at grocery outlet is the customers.

      There aren't really any downsides to working there. I enjoyed every minute of it.
