Pros

People are friendly. Owners truly believe in the value messaging. Great community involvement. Management is approachable and extremely protective of the company culture.

Cons

Not much growth opportunity. Many people have been in the same position for 5+ years.

Grocery Outlet is a good place for those who want to know more about Grocery and the experience they have. Worked full time, people were nice, the manager was very nice and laid back.

Cons

Not worth the salary and no benefits.
