Pros

I work with great people and I learned a lot since I'm here. My coworkers and the management are really helpful and supportive. The company is growing really fast and I'm happy to be apart of this success story. It's hard work, but I enjoy it.

Cons

Salaries could/should be better (especially for the Bay Area). Everything else is almost perfect :)

Pros

So many great things about the company. Great culture, great people, results driven.

Cons

Boys club feeling. Women do not get paid the same as men. Women are held to different standards than men. When this is brought to the CEOs, they turn a blind eye. There is only one respected women out of 12 executives. Very few women leaders and even fewer who are respected.

Desperate for a job and no one will hire you.

Cons

It's all about the numbers they manipulate him daily there never accountable. Struggle to pay their bills. DSD refuses to delivery. Failure to make payment.
