The employees were nice and the customers / ambiance was nice.

Cons

Management was all over the place and never had required materials needed to give proper service, and always gave false promises. Constantly fighting with other employees for silverware, glasses, etc. even though 2nd grossing company in the world. Rats and cockroaches throughout the vicinity. The place was a health hazard all around.
