Management is very helpful, Upon Hire they allow time to get comfortable and learn the products, plenty of training and they take any of your concerns into mind. Great coworkers and The Owner is personable and friendly.

no Cons that I can think of, sometimes you get a rough customer but you have plenty of ways to ease the situation and lots of help from management.
Top of the line electrical contractor. The company provided good working tools and materials for the job. Management always had adequate work to keep me occupied throughout the day. Direct deposit also available.

Not being able to carry a personal cell phone on the job site was a pain at some times. But understandable to keep workers from being distracted.
