Business Outlook
Pros
There are a few genuinely nice people, and some hardworking colleagues. Unfortunately, there aren’t many other positives that stood out during my experience.
Cons
Management is poor, discipline is excessive over unnecessary issues unrelated to the business, and employees receive little support. I also feel that personal relationships are sometimes handled inappropriately at management level, which creates an unprofessional environment.
