Pros

Solid work environment with hybrid structure. Pay is decent. Can learn and grow if you take advantage of opportunities.

Cons

Occasional long hours, not too bad. Pay doesn't always feel like it matches the value you may bring. Sometimes high expectations by people that have no direct involvement with your team/work. Changes to the company that involves your team feels like it's always kept quiet until rumors spread. (Nothing over the top, but makes you think with the lack of complete transparency.)

Pros

Great work life balance Work is challenging but not draining Solid pay A place where DEI actually matters

Cons

Being insurance it can feel a bit stagnant career wise, but it's a fix that you can take on. Group 1001 has been incredibly supportive of professional development, just need to make a case for it.

Pros

This role offers competitive pay and benefits compared to similar companies. Structured expectations so you're never left worrying about what you should be doing. Management and coworkers are there to support you. Generous PTO systems with PTO, sick days, and floating holidays. If you're looking for a place to grow, this is the company for you. Once you're through the door, opportunities are endless.

Cons

Burnout and stress are inevitable, being a customer service position, however, your team is there to support you, along with the generous PTO system. Mandatory cross-training can be overwhelming but can be included in your review for bonuses and raises. Shifts are determined every 6 months via a shift bid for call center employees, with the latest shift getting off at 6pm est.
